Payment

We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and PayPal.

Shipping

Orders are processesed and shipped within 3-10 days, or sooner in many cases.

We will ship via USPS or UPS depending on the option you choose. Orders that qualify for Free Shipping will be shipped via UPS GROUND SERVICE. All orders shipped will require a signature indicating your receipt of the product. Please note that we cannot ship UPS Ground to PO Boxes therefore USPS shipping rates apply. Please Refer to the United States Postal Service web site for more information.

The Free Shipping option is only available for shipments within the United States. If you are not located within the United States and you choose the Free Shipping option, we will notify you with the appropriate shipping charges . Your order will not ship until these charges have been paid.

ALL PURCHASES ARE SUBJECT TO BANK AUTHORIZATION PRIOR TO PROCESSING. ONLY AUTHORIZED PURCHASES WILL BE PROCESSED AND SHIPPED. IF YOUR ORDER CANNOT BE PROCESSED, AN EMAIL NOTIFICATION WILL BE SENT.

Returns

We can only accept returns on items that are unused, untested and new. Product must be returned within 5 days of receipt. If your package arrives damaged or if you receive an incorrect item your claim must be received within 5 days from the date you receive your order. Do not return any items without receiving prior authorization from sales@JamicSkinCare.com. Upon receipt at our facility. Sorry, shipping and handling fees are not refundable on returns..

Only items purchased on www.JamicSkinCare.com with prior authorization are accepted for a return. We will not refund or exchange any items purchased at a location other than www.JamicSkinCare.com and will not issue credit on unauthorized returns. All merchandise returned without authorization will be discarded.

Jamic Skin Care, LLC may at any time, and without notice, revise this Terms of Use statement by updating this posting. You are bound by any such revisions and should therefore periodically visit this page to review the current Terms of Use statement.

Law and Jurisdiction
